Reviews:
"A sweet story about friendship in the ocean. Ted is a friendly whale who watches out for and takes care of his friends. Readers see how they play together and all the species interact. Don't miss the fun pages at the end to identify the characters. Charming illustration style and simple to follow text." -The Book Dragon Review
"Diving back into the oceans, this rhyming story delivers an excellent message of individuality and acceptance. Ted is back with his friends but as happy as he is, he’s made to feel miserable because he’s red. It’s up to his friends to help him realize what truly matters; a fantastic message for little readers and a great story to encourage children to grow their own self-esteem and sense of self-love. Again told entirely through rhyme, you’ll feel like you’re bobbing along on the waves. A lovely dive into the ocean with a wonderful point to the story." -The Book Dragon Review
"All young children will adore the latest in this series of delightfully illustrated, rhyming books by award winning author/illustrator, Robyn Gram-Barclay. In this latest tale, Ted (the RED whale) tries to help his friend who has become entangled in a discarded fishing net, but in doing so, manages to get himself into lots of trouble, too! This series of interactive picture books provide educational material, fun facts and great conversation starters for all carers of young children, promoting issues including the acceptance of differences, diversity and the importance of kindness. The world will become a better place if the author continues to add to the series of 'Ted' books! 'True friendships last through every adventure!' -Robyn Gram-Barclay (author). I award this book 5 stars!" - Jane Clack, The Book Dragon
