With over 20 years of professional experience, including a decade spent directing diversity and equity initiatives, Chantal brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to showcasing accessibility within the world of children's literature. 

Chantal's journey as an author is deeply personal. She has written a book on deaf awareness for her daughter, driven by a desire to ensure that she and children like her see their experiences reflected with joy and pride. Through her work and her platform, Cora's the Boss, Chantal aims to bridge the gap between curiosity and understanding, providing families and educators with the tools to navigate conversations about differences with kindness and clarity.​​
